But still on the way. The plans to use the former Eagles Club space for a 33 unit apartment building are still underway. Commonwealth Companies anticipates taking title to the property in October and the project is now slated for completion in spring of 2022. Plans including parking under the building with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units above. The secured building will be within walking distance of downtown stores, schools and employment opportunities. The planned project will also provide more accessible housing needed in the area.
