Upcoming Event: Rods & Hogs 2020 ~ June 13 -Canceled

With an abundance of caution and the well-being of our residents and visitor in mind, the Jamestown Downtown Association has decided to suspend this event until June 2021. We encourage all who would like to display a car to look toward the Buffalo Days Celebration and the Buffalo City Classic show to be held July 24th and 25th 2020.

Renaissance Zone Info:

Most of downtown Jamestown is designated as a Renaissance Zone, which enables prospective owners and lessees to take advantage of ND state income tax and property tax incentives. To learn more about the Renaissance Zone,

CDBG Main Street Storefront Grant: 

The intent of the CDBG Jamestown Main Street program is to renovate the exteriors of deteriorating properties in the downtown area. Interested property owners may apply for a grant up to $100,000, with a minimum match requirement of 10%.   The building must be located within Slum and Blighted Zone as designated by the City of Jamestown.
